Call the store on the phone and apologize, say that you noticed when you got home that one banana did not get scanned. Ask if you can pay for that banana the next time you are in the store. I bet the manager tells you to forget about it.

Have a conversation, don't yell or raise your voice or have an attitude that screams "I'm better than you and only my points and views are valid". It makes us more angry because our side of the conversation isn't being heard.
